AeroMexico Review

I recently flew AeroMexico en route to Puerto Vallarta.  Originally, I booked through Delta and I was placed on AeroMexico as their SkyTeam partner flying this route.

My only complaint would have to be the slow check-in process in Miami.  The automated Check-in kiosks would not find me in the system.  I’m guessing it’s because I booked through Delta.

On the flip side, I was thoroughly impressed by this airline’s service and quality/new feel of their planes.  From Miami to Mexico City they flew a 737-800 that was clean and modern.  The seats included personal TV’s that had USB ports directly integrated.

Small non-exciting snack which wasn’t expected.

We flew AeroMexico Connect from Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta.  The process was smooth and once again the plane looked newer and well kept.  I had forgotten what it was like to receive complementary drinks on flights, since most US carriers charge for them.

The return was just as smooth and I would definitely fly AeroMexico again.
